Yeah this is a lower body exercise, but the weight you can use is limited by your strength in the isometric overhead position. So I don't really think of them as leg work, I think of them as a conditioning move that taxes your back and gives you a nice leg pump. Sometimes I superset these with rows. – Dani Shugart
